Somatic Inquiry & Psychotherapy

Helping people to find purposeful and spiritually connected lives.

"Right now can you make an unconditional relationship with yourself, just at the height you are, the weight you are, with the intelligence that you have and your current burden of pain, can you enter into an unconditional relationship with that?" - Pema Chodron

Are you ready to start a new life, to shed your old beliefs and become stronger, wiser, and bigger than you are today?  My approach to counseling and psychotherapy is rooted in assisted self study to unfold the unique ways you are attached and organized around your experience.  My goal is to help you gain confidence in your truth by accessing an innate wisdom we all hold and develop a keen awareness of how your internal system (mind, body and spirit) operates.  I strongly believe that power, freedom, and healing are gifts from awareness.  The awareness I speak of comes when we learn to be curious and compassionate towards ourselves and others .  I believe the end goal of therapy is to create more space within our selves to hold vast, diverse emotions and experiences, helping us not only to tolerate life, but to thrive by knowing our needs and discovering healthy ways to meet them.  My approach is never to rid any parts of my clients.  In this journey we reclaim parts of ourselves we have lost, unburden these parts that hold intense or painful memories, and become Big.  We learn to follow the path that was paved for us by our creator by listening to our intuition - our true Self.
